KOVA Roof

DESCRIPTION

KOVA Roof is a two-part component material consisting of a liquid silicone rubber base and a hardener.

FEATURES

Mastic coating refers to the coating of low flammability, and is only moderately flammable; is elastic at temperatures from minus 35°C to +105°C; is highly adhesive to various building materials; is easy to apply with a brush or roller; it does not change the volume at polymerization; is UV-resistant; is resistant to industrial environments; is resistant to microorganisms; the shelf life of waterproof roofing is 25 years.

APPLICATIONS

Used on flat and pitched roofs; facilitates new roofing on concrete surfaces; maintains metal and oriented strand boards (OSB); repairs old soft bituminous roofs (rolled or mastic), dismantling all old waterproof coatings; used for surface preparation of clean metal surfaces to a grade of St2 or Sa 2,5 by ISO 8501-1.

PACKAGING

Base – metal pails of the capacity of 10 L or 20 L;
Hardener – polymer vials or bottles of 0,5L or 1,0 L,
complete with caps with air valves; Catalyst -
bottles or polymeric bottles with a volume of 0,05 L or 0,1 L.

STORAGE

Store all KOVA mastics in closed warehouses in sealed containers at temperatures from minus 30°C to +40°C. Protect from direct sunlight. Keep the components used for the production of mastic in sealed containers in the closed warehouse, protecting them from moisture and direct sunlight. The shelf life in the original container is 12 months. Storage over the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean the product is unusable. Please check the properties of the product before use.
